I’m Hendrik, a self-taught product designer with over 10 years of experience transforming chaos into clean, scalable design systems. I lead UX and product design teams, obsess over consistency, and yes—I am the one to notice when something is off by a pixel.

My journey started in 2011 at a Berlin design agency, followed by a degree in Print and Media Technology (B.Eng.) while freelancing and consulting. After graduating in 2016, I continued freelancing for a few years before joining Yara International in 2018. Today, I serve as a Design Lead, driving consistency across products and leading design teams.

I am passionate about human connections, mentorship, and building teams where designers can thrive. Sustainability and minimalism guide my approach—no fluff, just what’s needed.

Curious by nature, I love geeking out on design systems, mentoring, and finding ways to make digital products a little more human.
